#1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened
peanut butter
beans/legumes
You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free soda
sugar free jello
broths/boullion
crystal light drinks

I CAN'T HAVE YOUR FAMOUS CHICKEN SALAD AT THIS WEEKS' LCBBuddies MEETING, MS CHERYL ... NO MAYO, CELERY OR ONIONS.
THIS IS VERY CLOSE TO WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT BEFORE ... AN ATKINS INDUCTION DIET WITHOUT THE SALADS.
I'M COMING UP ON MY 5th MONTH ANNIVERSARY & WILL HAVE MY 6 MONTH LABS DONE ON MAY 8th, SO IF I COULD BUST THIS STALL, I WOULD BE SO THRILLED. A GIRL ON THE OCT BOARD HAS GONE FROM 221 DOWN TO 214 IN 7 DAYS ON THIS AFTER HITTING A HARD STALL ... THAT'S 7 #s IN 7 DAYS.
ANYONE WANT TO DO THIS WITH ME? I'M STARTING ON MONDAY.

HERE'S THE SUGAR CARB ISSUE ... HOOD HAS 3 GRAMS OF SUGAR CARBS IN A CUP SO THAT'S 6 GRAMS A DAY WHICH EQUALS 1 1/2 TEASPOONS OF EXTRA SUGAR JUST FROM THE HOOD. POWER CRUNCH BARS HAVE 4 SUGAR GRAMS IN A BAR SO THAT IS 1 TEASPOON OF SUGAR A DAY ... 2 TEASPOONS IF YOU EAT 2 BARS.
THE IDEA IS TO GET AS CLOSE TO ZERO CARBS A DAY AS POSSIBLE.
OUR BODIES USE SUGAR 1st FOR ENERGY ... IF WE DON'T FEED IT SUGAR, THEN IT BREAKS DOWN FAT FOR ENERGY ... THAT'S THE IDEA BEHIND THIS ... TO FORCE OUR BODIES TO USE OUR FAT FOR ENERGY, THUS BREAKING THE STALL & LOSING POUNDS.
SO, I'M GONNA USE PROTICA (0 SUGAR CARBS), PROTEIN POWDER (0 - 2 SUGAR CARBS) IN COFFEE (0 SUGAR CARBS) & PROTEIN PUDDING (0 SUGAR CARBS). ALSO, THE NECTAR FRUITY PROTEIN POWDERS CAN BE PUT IN CRYSTAL LIGHT WHICH HAS 0 SUGAR CARBS IF YOU LIKE ANY OF THOSE FLAVORS.
I'M GONNA THINK I'M IN WITHDRAW, BUT I'M GONNA TRY FOR THE NEXT 10 DAYS TO STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THE POWER CRUNCH BARS. OH MY GOSH!!
I SAY IF YOU CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT SHAKES, THEN CUT BACK ON THE MILK PRODUCT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN ... MAYBE 3/4 OF A CUP PER SCOOP OF PROTEIN POWDER & DO EVERYTHING ELSE AS PERFECTLY AS YOU CAN. BETTER TO TRY!!!
