Hi Lady D, I know it's been a while since I posted with you. I have been checking in on all of you from time to time. I have been recovering from plantar fascia and tarsal tunnel nerve release surgery for the past six weeks. I have really struggled with this problem since 2001, and since I couldn't take any ibuprofen or anti-inflammatories since my gbs, it really had gotten worse. Surgery was my only option. I have not been able to exercise AT ALL since gbs. I am proud that I just celebrated my sixth month out with a 107# weight loss. When I get the okay from my surgeon after being off of my foot for 30 days, I'm going to "exercise off" the remainder of my 65#'s!!!!
