Help me think of Healthy Snacks, please.

I am looking for some help in identifying what you think is a healthy snack or a snack you like to have. I eat cheese, but I think I need to diversify my snacks or I will become bored with cheese and burn out. Please tell me what snacks you like to eat. Thanks, Carla

Hey there For the most part I eat cheese with whole wheat reduced fat Triscuts. But I don't snack usually. --Kelly

Shrimp cook some, put in refrig for a snack in the evening or afternoon. Mini carrots

Celery with peanut butter or cheese spreads or dips (just check your ingredients) ... The crunch of the celery really helps curb your desire for snack like chips or popcorn.

Smoked Salmon (Lox) with reduced fat cream cheese on a triscuit is good! Getting in some protein! Deli roast chicken with some string cheese and D'jon mustard rolled up in it is good. Low sodium, low fat deli roast beef is good like this too! I've been hooked on some bbq sunflower seeds lately..delicious! But for some reason they swell my lips up..maybe it's the salt.. Frozen Grapes are delicous!
