Skin Rash. Could it be a vitamin Def.?

Thank you, Kimberly.. I do have 2 or 3 dry spots, slightly rough that do not itch, so you could be right, but the doctor didn't tell me what it was nor was concerned about it.. I appreciate your input!! Janet
