Dawn...Thank you for your prayers & love...I was nervous, but I've surrender all to our God...and He has given me such wonderful peace...I'm just excited to join my new Buddies on that losers bench My surgery time was changed...so instead of having to be at the hospital at 6:15 am, and my surgery starting at 8...I report at 7:50, and I'm not sure what time they'll start. Genny, my wonderful Angel will post and let you all know that everything went wonderful Tonya

Tonya!! Here it is...Your Day!! I'm so excited for you. I had a few crappy days in the hospital, but every day has gotten so much better. Today was great....I did my 30 minutes of walking, arm exercises drank 2 protein shakes, 1 scrambled egg about 32 oz of water/crystal light = not quite where I need to be on food and water, but not bad for just over a week out. Anyways, just remember you may have some rough days at first, but it always gets better!! And I like to use the phrase that my pastor's wife used on me.....Remember, This is what we prayed for!!! Dianne...Thanks Sweetie...It sounds like you're rockin and rollin right along...30 minutes of walking after one week WOW Hearing how well you're doing just makes me even more motivated and sure that this is the right decision for me...I have such a wonderful peace...and you're right Dianne we were blessed in the department...A big for Genny Again thanks...Your support meens more than you know.
