Thanks for your Support!!

Thank you so much everyone for your support and love during this difficult week. It is so hard to lose a member of the family, even the four legged kind. Tommy and I are doing a little better each day, and knowing that Smokey did not suffer, and that she is running and sleeping on a big pillow in my mansion in Heaven, makes it easier to bare. We picked up her remains yesterday, we had her cremated since we are renting, did not want to leave her here, and I found a very neat photo cube that is leather and her wooden box fit into it perfectly. We then went through all the old photos and it was very healing to see them and remember her. Whoever says pets are just animals never had a bond, because it was just like losing a child!! I love you all very much, and the support and notes of encouragement were overwhelming and really helped us get through this.
