Prayer Request/Sad Day

Please pray for me tomorrow, Feb 1st, as we have to put my baby girl kitty down. She has gotten to where she cannot control her bladder anymore, and she is 12 years old. She is like my child, Smokey, and I am just torn up over this. Please pray for God's peace and that I can get through this. Love, Deborah

Dear Deborah, I am so so so sorry!!! I have 3 cats and I know they are like my children to me!! Just know that you are doing the best thing for Smokey so she doesn't have to suffer any more. My thoughts and prayers are with you both!!!!! Tons of hugs, Connie

Deb...I'm so sorry, I know how hard it is to lose one of our little people with fur...take the time to greive for her...our wounds will eventually heal...and the joyous memories will always overtake the sad. I'm praying that Gods Peace blankets you in your time of sadness, Tonya

Thanks so much everyone for your kind words and prayers. I am sitting here now sobbing, but spending time with my baby. The vet even said there is no other choice, and we have to do this. It is just tough because she is healthy other than this problem. She is my baby girl, and it just hurts so much! These little guys just carve a place in your heart, and really get in there so deep! My yellow Lab, Daisy, was truly my best friend, and that was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I just knew that she was dependent on me to do what she needed to help her. My heart goes out to you. Love, B
