Everyone who plans/hopes to attend please please put your 3 cents worth in - Carrabas 3.7 miles Lizard's Thicket 1.1 miles ( this is a very popular local family owned chain in Columbia that has all the southern foods you ever wanted...) Fazoli's 1.1 miles Chili's .81 miles Sticky Fingers -2.45 miles Wild Wing Cafe' -6.57 miles POST WHICH RESTAURANT WOULD BE YOUR TOP PICK. I'll add up the results and by this Saturday, we'll make the location set. HAPPY VOTING~! PS- Someone had mentioned shopping. Wild Wing Cafe, although a little farther in location is in a very newly developed shopping area with every store you can imagine...and there is LOTS of shopping there.

just to clarify - the mileage next to each restaurant notes how far it is from the bowling alley.

What kind of food does carrabas serve? What do you mean by "southern foods"?

www.carrabbas.com/ - ITALIAN - Most people who like italian food tell me they LOVE carrabbas. By southern food I mean -"southern home cooking style. They have a list of about 6 meats to choose from ( fried chicken, baked chicken, sausage, etc...) and then 50+ fruits/veggies (mashed potatoes, potatoe salad, cole slaw, applesauce, green beans, pinto beans, collard greens, jello, etc........to choose from and it is a 1 meat + 3 sides kind of a place... Hope that makes sense..

Heather, I have no real preference. Any of the ones you listed are fine with me.

My vote is Wild Wing Cafe. Now I cannot bowl...but are spouses allowed to come? WHat about teens? Joan M

A couple people have inquired about spouses/teenagers/kids coming to the SC Fun Day. My thought is that if you want to bring your spouse/friend that is fine. I just want those coming alone, to not feel that they are needing to have someone to come with them in order to come. All are welcome. If cir****tances require some to bring their children in order for you to get to come, we'd be glad if you came with them. Is this ok with everyone?
