Question about protein bars

Hi - I would like to get your opinions about protein bars. I'm doing my protein drinks daily, but would like to try protein bars, but don't know what to try. Could someone please help me? Thanks! Crystal

Hi Crystal! I like the Adkins Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola bar. It has 17g protein 2g sugar alcohol and 9g fat (if I remember correctly) per serving, this is the only one I have found that I like. Good Luck, Britt

My favorite and the lowest sugar, is Labrada Rockin Roll Protein Bars. You can get them at The Vitamin Shoppe or online at BariatricEating.com I think they taste just like a PayDay bar. Hope you find something you like. They are the best and I eat about 1/2 of one at a time. Deborah

I've found several that I enjoy but currently using Zone Perfect (you can get them cheapest from Walmart). All flavors I've tried I've liked. I carry them around in my purse all the time. I also like Luna and several others. Best advice is to just try them. You can usually buy them individually and that way you're not stuck with an entire box if they taste like cardboard!!!

BUT, BE CAREFUL MS CRYSTAL, AS IT'S REAL EASY TO OVER EAT THIS ONE CUZ OF THE SMOOTH CONSISTENCY. NICK LIKES "CARB WISE" IN THE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH FLAVORED PROTEIN BAR.
