3 Month postop visit
I can NOT believe it's been 3 months this week! I went for my postop visit today, it went really well. I've lost 54lbs from the morning of my surgery! I actually had to tell the nurse why I was there, she said she never would have guessed! I talked to the Dr about the nausea problems I'm having and he gave me a prescription for Phenergan and an order to have an endoscopy done- he wants to see if it could be a stenosis where my stomach and intestines meet. He said that could be causing the nausea, plus it may explain why I'm rarely hungry lately. All of my co-morbidities are gone, WOO HOO, and I'm doing great!
Hope you all have good checkups this month, too!!!

THE MOST WONDERFUL NEWS
IS THAT ALL YOUR CO-MORBS ARE GONE & YOU'VE REGAINED YOUR HEALTH, MS REBECCA.
CONGRATULATIONS
ON LOSING THOSE 54 #s WITH MORE TO COME ... &, NEVER TO SEE THEM AGAIN!
I REMEMBER DOC TALKING ABOUT STENOSIS, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT IT IS ... PLEASE EXPLAIN.
I'VE NEVER BEEN HUNGRY FROM DAY ONE ... BUT, NO NAUSEA. I'M GLAD I'M NEVER HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!! HOPE IT LASTS FOREVER. FOOD TASTES EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE BUT I'M SATISFIED WITH JUST A FEW SPOONFULS & THAT'S THE WAY I WANT TO KEEP IT!
BLESSINGS FOR A GOOD MEDICAL REPORT!
