It's Official

Well, my insurance paperwork has officially been sent to Cigna for the approval process. Please pray that it will go smoothly!! My boss is already wanting to "schedule" my surgery. I keep telling him to stop talking like that....I'm not even approved yet!! Thanks for your prayers!! Hugs, Dianne

Hey!! I'm so glad to see that you were finally approved!! My doctors office said that they didn't have that many issues with them, so I was thinking very positively. I'm hoping that my doctors office knows what Cigna needs and has sent the right stuff!! If not, I know who to talk to about the appeal process!! Hugs, Dianne

The key with CIGNA is to have everything they want in their requirements. I had CIGNA and was initially denied, but got them the additional documentation they needed and was off to the races. Good luck and you will be in my prayers. Susann

Hey Susann, Thanks for the POSITIVE experience with Cigna!! I got everything to my surgeon that Cigna needed, I just hope that it all made it to Cigna. Angie at Dr. Ross's office has dealt with Cigna, and she didn't seem worried about it, so...... (I'm afraid to breathe!!). Also, thanks for the prayers...God is in Control!!!
