need help
i have tried to get more active all i can do now is walk do my size.. was woundering if any exercise beside walking can get my lower body in shape i see were weight is coming off my top half not bottom. need help aand some good motivation to start and keep going i started walking a work because i have time then stop because my legs were awelling and hurt it is hard to keep going when you are be youself .

A LOT OF THE GIRLS REALLY ENJOY GOING TO "CURVES". I SEE THIS MENTIONED ON SEVERAL OF THE BOARDS ... HOW GREAT THIS GYM IS.

I'M SURE "CURVES" WOULD HAVE ONE OF THESE.
ALSO, IF MONEY IS AN ISSUE, THERE IS A STORE DOWN RIVERS SOMEWHERE THAT SELLS USED EXERCISE EQUIPMENT ... THEY MAY HAVE ONE IF YOU WANT TO BUY ONE. WE GOT OURS FROM SEARS.
AS FOR YOUR LEGS SWELLING, IF YOU SIT A LOT LIKE AT WORK, GET A SHORT STOOL OR BOX & PUT YOUR FEET ON IT UNDER YOUR DESK SO YOU TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF THE BACKS OF YOUR LEGS. THIS PUTS YOUR KNEES SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN YOUR THIGHS.
HOT BATHS HELP AS DOES MASSAGE & IF YOU HAVE A RECLINER, BE SURE TO SIT IN IT WITH THE FOOTSTOOL UP SO YOUR FEET ARE NOT ALWAYS A LONG DISTANCE BELOW YOUR HEART.
WHEN YOU ARE LAYING DOWN PUT A PILLOW UNDER YOUR KNEES & THE CALVES OF YOUR LEGS AGAIN RAISING THE LOWER PORTION ABOVE THE HEART ... ALL THIS HELPS.
