Am I doing this right?

I am 14 days out and I am doing great! I just wanted to run what I am doing by you to see if it sounds about right. Vitamins I am taking include: Flinestone with Iron B Complex B-12 Calcium Biotin Food I am eating: 2-3 Isopure shakes (choc or vanilla) morning, lunch, evening about 8 oz of juices 32+ oz of water per day (I love ice right now) maybe a little less than a 1/4 c. soup for a snack Does this sound about right? Any advice is appreciated. I am so worried about doing something wrong or eating too much or not enough... Thanks, Carla

Carla, All i did was b12, multivitamin, and nexium all of which i am supposed to take for the rest of my life. As far as the food is concerned, everyone is different. Some ppl can eat more than what you are doing now, some less. Do what your body allows you to do. Just make sure to try and get as much prtotein in a spossible up to 75g. Small sips and take a break in between them. As long as you do protein ur doing ok. I will take a while for your body to adfjust tom this. Small steps.In a week or two maybe try some mashed up ch****n. Just dont have a filet mignon off the bat. Low and slow. Any questions email me. ken
