I have discovered- thru another WLS patient/person a site called FITDAY.Com. I went here and logged in everything that I ate today and it totally figured my calories and proteins in seconds. If you are at all like me, trying to keep up with all the numbers is overwhelming given life- so this site was a lifesaver for me. I havn't done that bad on protein- I was really surprised!!!

Hey Girl! How have you been? I am doing great! Thanksgiving was awesome, did not dump, but did not eat much either. I am now down 61lbs!! I am so happy! I feel great. I just passed my 3 month point now. How are you doing in your eating? I have got to eat more! My hair is starting to come out more and more now. I also have to find more vitamins now, cause mine are making me naseous. I suppose some swallowing regular kinds now. I am going to try that fitday.com, need that! See ya! Deb

LOOK AT YOU, MS DEB ... 61 #s ... THAT IS AMAZING IN ONLY 3 MONTHS! "CHEERS" TO YOU, GIRL! AFTER THOSE 3 DUMPS, MY POUCH & INTESTINES WERE SO TENDER & SORE THAT I HAD TO BACK OFF FOODS & COLD THINGS. I'M NOW BACK TO EATING A BIT, BUT I FIND I HAVE NOOOOOOOOO APPETITE & IF I DON'T SET AN ALARM OR CARRY SOMETHING WITH ME AT ALL TIMES, I CAN GO ALL DAY WITHOUT EVER PUTTING ANYTHING IN MY MOUTH ... SO, I HAVE TO "REMIND" MYSELF TO EAT! UNBELIEVABLE ... WHAT A CHANGE! I THINK CENTRUM (FOR ADULTS) HAS A CHEWABLE (ORANGE FLAVORED). THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET NICK TO TAKE VITAMINS THAT ARE THE SIZE OF HORSE PILLS. I'M STILL ON THE FLINTSTONE'S BUT I TAKE THOSE, B-12 & CALCIUM 3 Xs A DAY INSTEAD OF ONCE A DAY. IT'S A GOOD SITE, MS TOWANA ... I KEEP ALL MY STATS (WEIGHT & LOSS, EXERCISE, FLUIDS, PROTEINS, FATS, SUGAR CARBS & COMMENTS) ON A MICROSOFT EXCEL SPREADSHEET. I KEEP IT UPDATED DAILY AS IT KEEPS ME ON TRACK WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY SEE MY RESULTS IN EACH CATAGORY. THAT'S WHY I WEIGH EACH DAY (GOOD FOR ME, NOT FOR OTHERS) AS IT IS TOO EASY FOR ME TO SLACK OFF.
