well I just talked to the surgeon's office again. My pre-op appointment is going to be on Tuesday. Though I have to wait till my letter gets here ( prolly friday) to find out what time it will be. Which is kewl Just a little over a week to go to my big day !!! Now time for the VENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been going back and forth with the dr's office and tri-care all for over a week now. Basically what is going on is the surgeon's office says that they sent off the letter to tricare on Monday the 14th. yet I have tricare saying they haven't received anything. I have asked the Dr's to send it again just to be on the safe side. And they keep saying that they know that Tricare already has the paperwork, and isn't' going to resend it. I am soo ready to scream!! :ugh :chair :help I am trying not to stress, really I am .. but it's not helping LOL.

I had this same problem and finally went straight to Dr. Byrne for help. When you have your pre-op appt. on Monday say something about it then. Even if they have it, it needs to be resent. Also, Dr. B has an administrative helper named Amanda who helped me get the right thing to the insurance company. Susann

Thanks Susann I am going to do that. I have all the faith in the world in Joyce. but I just don't want anything going wrong. I have heard horror stories with tricare from some. I will definitly bring it up at my pre op appointment. Thanks so much for the info!! Kylee
