Support group for York County area?

Hi all...I'm new to this board and just at the beginning of my wls journey. Does anyone know if there are any support groups for people living in the Fort Mill, SC - York County area? Thank you in advance for any replies.

Hello Cathy..... I had my WLS last Aug. 2004 at Presbyterian. They have a great support group meeting there once a month. I had Dr. Voellinger, but met Dr. Melkonian at the Pre-Surgery seminar. Presbyterian also has an on-line support group.... E-mail me if you want that information. Also, Piedmont Medical Center has a support group meeting, I went a couple times with a friend who had her WLS there, but, I prefer Presbyterians. Good luck on your journey!!!! Mike (Fort Mill, SC)
