Hi All!!! I am 9 weeks out today! and I have lost 45 pounds. It's nice to look at pics from just July while we were on vacation and I see a totally different person now. It's an awesome feelings. I feel good, I exercise daily (normally running around with the kids), I get my protein in and all my supplements. I am still struggling with my fluids, but I am trying. I am glad to see that everyone is doing and feeling so well Britt

I had surgery on 7/6/05. I'm down 80 lbs. I am feeling down. I might have a herniated disc in my back again. I thought after losing weight I wouldn't have any more problems in my back. The pain is going down my legs. I had an MRI yesterday and weighting for the results. I am so glad that I had the surgery. It was the best thing I ever did. I feel so much better (except my back). I still don't have an appetite. I still don't what I want to eat. No food out there makes my mouth water. I have to force myself to eat. I think I will feel a whole lot better once I find out what is wrong with my back. Wendy

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE 80 #s, MS WENDY ... YOU'LL BE A "CENTURY" MEMBER IN NO TIME!!!!!!!! YOU CAN HERNIATE A DISC ANY TIME ... YOUR BACK & BACK MUSCLES ARE WEAK & RE-ALIGNING AS YOU LOSE WEIGHT, SO IT WOULD BE EASY TO DAMAGE YOUR BACK AGAIN. HERE'S PRAYING THAT IT IS SOMETHING VERY MINOR & NOT A HERNIATION. I WORKED IN A CHIROPRACTOR'S OFFICE AT ONE TIME ... HOW'S MASTER JIM? ARE Y'ALL COMING THIS THURSDAY? IT'S SCORRO'S "CELEBRATION" DINNER & WE'LL BE MEETING AT OLIVE GARDEN. GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK

Jim is fine. No I won't be there. My church is having a chili, ribs, and dessert cookoff to raise money for our small group projects, so Thursday I'm going to attempt to make my first chili, and I'm making some pretzel salad. The cookoff is Friday night, but I was told that chili tastes better reheated. Anyone can come to the cookoff on Friday. It starts at 6:00 pm at Seacoast Church on Long Point Rd in Mt. Pleasant. Talk to you later. I have to go. Today is my baby's 5th birthday and I hear her getting up now. Bye Wendy
