Next week LCBB

Hi LCBB'ers, Sorry that I missed last weeks meetings. I have had a very hectic last couple of weeks. I have combated strep throat, work projects from heck, etc. I agree with most other posters, steak and chicken go down best for me. I am fine with what ever restaurant the majority agrees on, but I also agree with Towana, that some of us aren't coming from the North Charleston/Summerville/Goose Creek area, so having the LCBB meetings all the way up in Summerville is kind of not fair to those who are coming from near downtown Charleston or Mt. Pleasant area. So if we could stick with restaurants in the North Charleston area, I think that would be the most fair. I am so glad that Dawn and Susann are doing well. I know that we are very proud of the both of you. And Towana...she is a old pro at this now. I know that you all have been asking about my date with the guy from Applebees. He is a nice guy (his name is Jay), however I feel that we aren't very compatible. So I decided to remain just friends with him. Its ok, really because there are so many other fish in the sea. I will most definitely be there this Thursday. Thank you to Britt for taking over head LCBB'er for Susann while she is recovering. Hugs and Smooches, Kate

I TALKED TO HER HUBBY WHEN SHE WAS IN RECOVERY. THEN, SATURDAY ... NICK KEPT SAYING, "HAVE YOU CALLED SUSANN YET?" ... SO, I DID & SHE SOUNDED GREAT! GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK

Sorry I definitely won't be there Thursday. I'll be in New Jersey from Thursday to Sunday visiting friends and family. This will be the first time they have seen me since the surgery. I'll probably be about 80 lbs down when I go up there. Talk to you guys later. Wendy Fowler
