6 days post op problems

Hi gang, after the surgery my lips became chapped (they said do to an antibiotic), but the day after I left the hospital, my lips swoll up with cold sores. Now my lips are extremely huge and very painful. I've tried many things but nothing releives the pain. Have any of you had this problem and what did you do about it.....Thanks. Lee
