Post ops - you are the ones we look to for some great support and assistance as us new preops just begin this process. What was the hardest thing you had to overcome after surgery? What was the easiest? I could go on and on, I do love to talk!! Lori

Hello Lori,,,, I would have to say the hardest thing for me to learn was to chew everything to mush... I struggled with that at the first but it did much easier with time... I guess the easiest thing for me was the drinking lots of liquid... I have always been one to keep a drink with me all the time so that was not to hard for me... I would say with this surgery it will be hard at first and we have a lot of learning and adjusting to the new way of eating....But with time things get easier... Once the weight comes off then the struggle is to continue with good eating habits and focus on keeping the weight off.... Brenda
