I am still in awe at how much weight you have lost. I sure hope that I can be as diligent as you are. I am at 348, so I have a lot of weight to lose as well.
With the exercising and weight lifting, do you find you are having less of a problem with loose or hanging skin? I read one profile on here where the lady worked out at Curves 6 days a week and had practically no problem with hanging skin. I hope that to be me as well LOL
another lady I met on here, Jennifer, just had surgery on Monday with Dr. Balder. Her husband said she was due to come home today, and her surgery went well.

Thank You so much for the compliment. Well, with working out, I find it has firmed up my skin in my stomach and in my breasts some. My arms are firmed slightly, but overall, there is still alot of excess skin. The excess skin still makes me develop rashes if I do not keep cornstarch on the area. I never go without and underwire bra now. UNDERWIRE IS OUR FRIEND!!!! I found that since I wear bras to bed now and only take them off to shower it has helped them to firm a little. I do suffer from backaches due to their weight. My inner thighs still develop rashes b/c of the excess hanging skin. Needless to say I am going to need some plastics done. I hope this info helps. Have you had the surgery yet? If you told me already I apologize.
