hi there- new here

Leisa, I joined Curves two weeks ago and love it! Sometimes I go in the am before work, sometimes on the way home. It is fun and not too demanding, even though I have a tomato face when I leave! Have fun! Lori :')

Lori, Well I didn't die but I can relate to the tomato face, especially in this heat! It is almost as bad up here as in Charleston. WE were down there this past weekend for a wedding. My sis lives in W. Ashley and when we arrived at her house I thought I had surely made a wrong turn somewhere along the way! Good greif! I am going again tonight to Curves! I liked it because it was not so strenuous and I didn't need to call an ambulance when I was done. How often do you go and have you seen noticable changes yet? Leisa

Leisa, Only been a member two weeks now, but going 4x this week and plan to keep that up. When I get my surgery date, I plan on upping it to 6x. I am PETRIFIED of the sagging skin, from some of the pics I see LOL I ain't dying either, and if I haven't yet, I think I shall be ok! Lori :0)
