Heading for Hilton Head tomorrow

I'll be attending a medical conference, so I have that part down (the air conditioning is always cool!) How's the weather? What should I pack for? I'll be touring in a car and going to Savannah and Charleston on a tour. Any advice on restaurants (I like local and casual) appreciated. tee

Right now it's rain, rain and more rain. It is unseasonably cool! I would pack for layers incase it magically clears up. B/c then it will be hot and muggy. Leisa

I have time share in HHI. Try "Wild Wing Cafe" in Charleston or Hilton Head. They have Applebees too. Also the Salty Dog Cafe at Harbor Town @ HHI. When in Charleston go to the aquarium.
