I just got Approval for a TUmmy Tuck

Hi, I just got an approval from my insurance co. last week for a tummy tuck. I was really suprised, I guess my pictures looked bad b/c I got approved! I am scheduled for it on June 22. This works great for me b/c I am a school teacher and I am off work during the summer. This past year has been great, I am still suprised at how far I have come. I hope everyone is doing well. Congratulations on your approval!!!!!! I just had my tummy tuck on May 12th.....Still recovering..looking forward to getting my last drain bag and the rest of my staples out next week....If anyone ever tells you that a tummy tuck is minor tell them they are full of it.....LOL....Just a hint of advice....talk to your surgeon about your bellybutton.....i know this sounds silly but i am 2 weeks post op from my tummy tuck and found out yesterday that they took my bellybutton and could not replace it so i will never have one again....AAAGGGHHH..I feel like a freak but its a small price to pay I guess....Good luck and congratulations again.... Hello Angela.... Congratulation on your approval... I had a tummy tuck in January and let me tell you ... You will be so glad you did it...You will be amazed at the results.... I also had my arms done and my thighs done but i was the most happy with my tummy it will be so flat...I agree with you it is amazing what a differents a year can make...I have went from a size 32 to a 8-10 in a year and a half....I wish you all the best of luck...Brenda...

WOW! Congratualtions on your weight loss! Sounds like you have done great. How long was your recovery time for your tummy tuck? I am starting to get nervous about it.
