denied again

please someone help me I have mailhandlers and I have been denied after my 1st appeal letter. Will someone help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Angelina, Hello. I am so sorry to hear about your denial. I can empathize with you. I do not know your insurance or there requirements for approval. But all I can say is if they still do approve for surgery, meet their requirements -- have as much proof as possible. It took me a good while to get approved. (Read my profile for details).
