13 days until my NEW birthday

Hello everyone,I just wanted to update.I had my filter put in yesterday,it was'nt bad at all,a little sore today.My WLS is on the 8th of March...13 days and counting..haha.I am a mix of feelings..excited.scared,you name I'm feeling it.I'd like to say thanks to everyone here,this site is wonderful and very helpful.I wish I new how to do a profile page thingy,some of them are so cool.Maybe someday.Anyways I will close for now.Please keep me in your prayers as I will all of you...take care..Renee..Columbia SC

hi renee, im happy you will be on the losing side soon. i had my surgery last june. i have had some trouble but am fine now. would not change a thing i have done. this is a big step but worth it all. i had dr givens . he and dr strickland are the best. they have been so good to me. best of luck. god bless debra
