Hello Renee!!

Welcome to such a wonderful site. I am almost 4 months post-op. I had my surgery 10/12/04 at Conway Medical Center. I have lost 92 lbs so far. Believe me, this has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I will keep you in my prayers. I hope you only the best. This website has been a GOD send for me.

It has helped me with support, information, and good friendship. The recipes that you find are awesome. I just wish you the best. I will keep you in my prayers. Please update us and let us know what going on with you.
