Hi, Today when I weighed in after exercising at Curves the scale said I weighed 197lbs. I am so excited it has been almost 9 years since I have weighed under 200 lbs. I am so happy that I had this surgey done. My son gave me a hug the other day , and his arms could fit around my waist and he said moma you are getting smaller I can tell. That was worth a million dollars! I hope everyone else is doing well I just had to share my excitment!!

SO, how is everything else going? Well, I hope. I myself just had my 3 month mark 2 days ago and have lost 64 pounds. Gonna have my new pics up today sometime also. Very excited. Ready to lose more
