Put on Hold

Well I knew it was going to happen because that is just the way my luck runs. I got a call from my doctor's office today. The surgeon who was going to be assisting my Doctor in his new Laproscopic Surgery has cancelled. That means my surgery that was going to happen on 11/11/04 (Next Thursday) has been officially put on hold. They offered me the Open RNY with no problems..but I don't want Open. I don't have the time to take off to do the open. They do not have a date yet as to when the surgeon can come. I have my insurance done and been approved, I have done ALL my preop lab work, all I needed was to walk into the hospital...and finally get my life back on the right track. I am not discouraged. I have faith in God. There is truly a reason for everything. Perhaps I would of had some form of complication and I won't when I have the surgery. I could of been killed on the way to the hospital. Something...I just have to have faith. I am not crying...but please pray for me to have patience. Good luck to you all. Goodnight. Kim
