Dr. Bour
Pam,
I have Dr. Bour and am 2 months post-op. Personally, for me, he is awesome! A most excellent surgeon. I even talked to staff at Hillcrest and they adore the man and say what a patient, skilled surgeon he is. I find him very caring, serious about you and your health, but funny and so friendly. I feel that you are in great hands.
Please feel free to read my first people for details.

If you are going to have this surgery he is the best. He did my surgery on 8/14/2002 and I have lost 145 pounds and feel great.
He also took my gall bladder out and did a hernia repair on my husband.
You will like everyone at the office also. They are really a great bunch of people and over the last couple of years have become more like friends than my Dr.
Don't worry you are in great hands.I had my surgery with Dr. Bour last Wed. the 3rd and am home doing great.Whatever you do,get up on the day of surgery, but don't count on the nurses let someone who will be there with you to get them.I was at St.`Francis and otherwise they were great. You may have to remind them on late the next day and the 3rd day to bring you your ice chips.Of course you are not hungry just thirsty.
