Surgery date arriving fast

Thanks Cindy for your reply. I like Dr. Sabback also. I feel he really cares about his patients and really knows what he is doing. The nurses are also WONDERFUL at his office! I am just wondering what is actually the bad part about the surgery? Is it the pain you are in after the surgery in the hospital or is it the fact that you can't eat? I think it is the pain. The pain is bad right? I have heard good stories. Seen friends who have had the surgery and they have lost half of their bodies. But no one tells me what I should be ready for when I come out of the surgery. Could you please let me know. Be straight with me let me know what I should really be ready for. Thanks!
