Please Read!!!!!

I am currently researching WLS, and have heard a great deal from those that have had surgery in the last year or so. I am interested in hearing from anyone who might have had surgery several years ago. I wonder what the long term affects are. Also, does anyone know whether this surgery has any long term implications. I know initially leaks are a concern, but can a lea****ur at any time? How long do you have to worry about leaks developing? Is this something you have to be checked for now and then after surgery? I would appreciate any info. from anyone that has been post op for a while, as well as from anyone that might know anything about what to expect years down the road. Thanks so much! Cindy
