Hi everyone, I am new to the board! I had my surgery two weeks ago and am doing great...I think!? I have had no problems and go for my two week check on Monday. Is there anything I should be checking for or doing at this point that I don't know about? I really want to do this right and loss all my weight. I have no desire to eat anything and have to force my self to get anything down. Is this normal? Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi, Sherry! Congrats on your surgery! Follow your doctor's instructions and don't forget to call his office if you have a question about anything. It is normal to not want to eat or drink anything but will change with time. Just do the best you can do drink your liquids and get that protein drink down. I'm 4 months post-op and there are days when I don't want to eat or drink anything but force myself to. Denise
