Surgery this coming Monday...

Hello... I am in Fort Mill, SC.. I will be having my Surgery on Monday Aug. 2, 2004 at 8:00 AM. I have been on a two week liquid diet, which has been the hardest thing to do!!! This is my first post on the S.C. room I believe, but I read the messages daily... Good luck to all of you as you continure to loose and do well and to those waiting like me, hang in there.. Hope all goes well on Monday!! Get used to the liquids, although after surgery it will be easier. I am 1 month post-op and I have not been hungry at all. My blood sugar drops and I know it is time to eat! I have lost 50 lbs. in one month and this is nothing short of a miracle!! Take care!! Ivy

Hello Mike ... I wish you all the best of luck.. I know it is hard right now but it will get better in time... I am 7 months out now and it will get much easier.. and it is so worth the wait and the hard work.. I have now lost 118 lbs since January .. My prayers will be with you... Good Luck Mike, I give you alot of credit being on a liquid diet for 2 weeks. Best of luck to you and all including me who are having the surgery tomorrow. I am so excited to soon be on the losing side. Sheri
