regrets

Ok let me begin 1st of all im a long time member of this site almost 4 years i know all the ins and outs of surgery i know we can have bad times and great times and most say things always get better. I am now 4 months post op and been basically ill since day one i puke wether i eat or not and before anyone says maybe a stricture nope none, i had 3 surgeries in 2 months my wls , 2 weeks later herniated bowell small intestine twisted then 8 weeks ago gall bladder removed along with blood work whacked i was in hospital 4 days last week due to blood work whacko again they fed me thru ivs along with lots of vitamin ivs funny thing if i eat part of a sugar cookie with real sugar drink reg oj or even a little strawberry shortcake i dont get sick or dump i eat good food i puke always today even puking for no reason at all this all tends to make me not want to eat at all im so sick of being sick every day my friends in chatroom care deeply and try to make me feel better but even tho i lost 101 lbs in 1st 15 weeks which is great im to the point of feeling like why the hell did i even do this yesterday we went to chimney rock and lake lure i was looking so forward to it we werent there 30 minutes and i got sicker then hell of course trip was cut short i felt so bad hubbys family in town from ohio it ruined their day as well as mine it seems like i need to become a hermit in fear if we do anything fun i will ruin it for all everyone says it will get better i see a few weeks post op or maybe a month or two but not 4 months seems like this will never stop i know it may get betetr but i sure dont see the sun shining for me anytime soon. Well time to puke as usual. Hope nobody has a time like i have.

Cindy, I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. Was wondering how you're doing. What does Dr. Ross say about it? Are you going to be at the support group meeting next Tuesday? Maybe we can hook up and discuss things. I just got back from San Diego and was sick for the majority of my time out there (4 days). I couldn't hold the chicken down, but a Jack in the Box egg roll was fine. WTF? Let me know if you want to meet and talk. Peace

Cindy, I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time. I am only 2 weeks post op, and so far so good, but i do fear eating and throwing up. I hope that things will get better for you, has Dr.Ross any idea why you are so sick? I just wi**** was something that could be fixed so that you could feel better. Angela

Hey Cindy...sorry to hear about you being so sick....that's why I'm a little afraid to have the surgery.I do hair and I have to work!!! Just don't want to feel bad like you do. Hope you recover from all that very soon.
