Failed my sleep study

I had my sleep study and failed. I knew I had sleep apnea but not as bad as it is. My O2 sats go to 50 when I am in my deep sleep. I guess I am concerned about being on vent longer. Not sure I will have a c pap machine before surgery either. I am a worrier....any words of wisdom out there. My surgery is set for June 21. Thanks, Dona
