Insurance Billing Codes

Hi everyone. Today I found out from my insurance company that I am approved IF my doctor uses billing code 43846. I called my doctor's office and the lady told me that they normally use a different code, and that if they have to use that code, I would need to speak to another lady. That lady told me she would have to talk to my insurance company tomorrow. Anyone have a similar thing happen, or know anything about this? Thanks, Gwen
