Protein Shake Recipe

Hey, I wanted to pass along a protein shake recipe that I concocted after trying and wasting money on those pre-made protein drinks. This one is quite tolerable and somewhat tasty like a strawberry milkshake. This one gives you about 28 grams of protein per serving. Give yourself 30+ minutes to get it all down. Once you blend all the ingredients, you'll get about 3/4 of a 16 oz. cup worth. Drink all of it if you can. Otherwise, you won't be getting all of the listed protein. 1 cup of 1% or skim milk 6 whole frozen strawberries (use the larger ones) 1 dash of vanilla extract 4 packages of Equal or Splenda 2 scoops Spring Valley Soy Protein (Vanilla) - bought it at Wal*Mart in the vitamin section - $4.97/can gives 7 servings Blend all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker. Enjoy! Let me know what you think.
