Someone please tell me the name of the lawyer to help me get my surgery approved. I have Managemed insurance and it is a direct exclusion. But I know if they would just look at my history they would see that I need it. Please help me!

I'd go to Yahoo! Groups and check out some of the entries in the group called "Cignassqueakywheels". I believe they talk about a very prominent lawyer in wls there since Cigna sucks so much. You may have to join to access their database, but it may be worth it.
