united health care

I have uhc and was wondering approval times. I read 1 wk, 2 wks, etc. They told me 15-30 business days. What's the average??? Thanks!!!

Dr submitted on the 4th of month had approval by the 27th but i called about 10 days into wait, they said normally 30 days is average.
