Will medicaid pay for revision

Does anyone know if SC medicaid will pay for a revision?

I had an open RNY in 2004  with a starting weight of 420. I got down to 270 and now back up to to 300.(probably more but I refuse to get back on a scale after I saw 300). I want a duodonal switch since I heard that it was more effective.
