In need of motivation

Hello Everyone!  I haven't posted in a long time I know.  I am having issues with the plateau I have reached.  I am 2 years post op I lost onver 100 pounds and got down to about 169, whicH I was pretty happy with, but then I stalled out and now I have begun to teeter up and down.  It is very frustrating.  I am planning to do the 5 day pouch test but that is only a quick fix I fear.  Not only that, I have commitment issues when it comes to sticking to something like that, I have no will power, hence the reason I even need the gastric bypass.  I am afraid I will fail before I even start.  I would really benefit from an accountability partner in excercise as well.  I always wimp out and put it off.  Any suggestions or  motivational quips?

I did the 5 day pouch test while on a plateau at about 7 or 8 months & it worked great for me not only did it break my stall, but not eating any carbs for 5 days got rid of the carb cravings I was experiencing.  But I did the pouch test to a T, i did not cheat.  It kind of brought me back to the basics.  Good luck with it...

Yep the 5 day pouch test works by getting the carbs out of your system....and cuts down on the cravings   I think we all stall out around that weight and you need to really focus on your eating  (what and how much) to get below that.  I know you can do it......just try it and move , move , move....it's time to find something you like to do....biking is it for me....swimming,  or anything  dancing is a good one...

Dancing is a great one and i love to do it, but I still need a partner, I am just not motivated enough to go do it on my own.  Regardless of my planning and good intentions, it just wont happen.  I have no will power.

I wish we lived closer to each other, I would love to have someone to exercise with. Like you, I really need to get motivated and right now it's not happening. After working all day, I just don't feel like doing much of anything. Lazy is the best word for it I guess, lol.
