Location: Cracker Barrel across from Carowinds
Subject: Vitamins (along with all of our usual banter)
Since Cracker Barrel is a sit-down restaurant, PLEASE let me know by Friday morning if you're coming. I'll get there around 6:45 and put our name/number on the list.
ALSO, if you care to do so, bring your vitamins, vitamin containers, etc. to share with everyone (as well the before/after photos).
