Does anyone know if there is a website to print the discount card for use at restuarants, or can you only get from Dr?

I got mine from Dr Morgan. Just call the office and I'm sure they can mail you one out. I really don't ever use mine tho because theres never anything on the kids menu that I want. So I just order whatever and bring the leftovers home for another meal or 2.

Dr Byrne gives you one too with his name and address stuff on it. I bet if you call they will mail one to you.
