WOW!!!   I don't even know what to say to that it is so awesome, even without knowledge of your history, but when you take into consideration where you were 18 months ago this is nothing less than amazing!  What an inspiration, you should be very proud...  YOU ROCK!

Congrats Chris, that is great, I cannot even imagine. Now that I have gotten the "girls " reduced, ( I will wait till after this heat, but I would like to take up running like you and Melissa and Kathy did. You should be proud you have accomplished so much since surgery! Keep on trucking! Patti
