Dear Becky,  Thank-you!!!!!  Sorry its taken me awhile to reply but we just moved things are a mess!!!  I have lost 150lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  still have about 50 more to go but that will be easy compared to whats a lready gone.  I hope you had a great Mothers Day and are doing well  I miss seeing you !          Love Your Friend,  Gayle

Thank you, My little ray of sunshine...I miss you. 2 yrs out, down 116 pounds..have put 5 back on...but I haven't been exercising as much...I don't feel too anxious about it...just need to sweat some more. Eddies doing well...he;s the same sweet man. Lesley
