Day 4

After two days of carb withdrawal, now I feel great. Until you cut the carbs out, you don't realize how EVIL they are. I put some boneless skinless chicken breast in the crockpot Tuesday night with a can of cream of mushroom soup. It kept the chicken very moist. So I've had chicken everything, salad, with soy sauce, with taco seasoning, you name it. I'm also drinking a shake every morning. I want to get back to my two shakes a day, two snacks, and one meal schedule after today.

Hi Mary! I am feeling great, too, although my body seems to be resisting LOL I have only lost 4 lbs, but have had 2 people ask me out of the blue if I have lost more weight!
I am drinking TONS of water, probably 5 20 oz bottles a day at least, and getting in 2 protein shakes a day, plus a couple of eggs, either boiled or scrambled in an omelet, and whatever protein...chicken, talapia or turkey burgers the past couple of nights. Although its my moms birthday and we may be going to Barleys Taproom, its a pizza place downtown, but I ususally eat half a slice anyway of cheese only with a salad beforehand. I have definately learned that I am no where near hungry while eating so much less food/carbs than i have been.
