Hey everyone  I don't post much mostly just lurk.   I am 8 months post op and just wanted to start getting  a idea on plastic surgery I doubt my insurance will pay so I would be paying out of pocket.  My question is do anyone now the average cost for a lower body lift and tummy tuck and breast lift?  Also I would like to know if any of you out there know of any good plastic surgeons in sc that you could recommend.

There is a very good plastic surgery forum on OH.  There's a dropdown menu at the top of the page.  I don't know of anyone to recommend in SC.  Good luck.

I had all of the above done last October and I paid $11,700.00 for everything. I had mine done in the surgical facility at the plastic surgeons, other wise I wouldn't have been able to aford a hospital bill and could not have had it done. I had a great surgeon, but, I will not reccomend anyone since everyone has their own opinion on who is good and who isn't. Best bet is do your own research and schedule consults with several to see who you would want to do yours. It was well worth the money for me, I am thrilled with the results and would do it again if I needed to. Good luck! Mary

Thanks,  where did you have your surgery done at?   Did it turn out like you expected it to?

I had mine done in Greenville, at Upstate Plastic surgery Dr. Lovett. I am more than happy with how it turned out ,and other than my RNY, it was the best thing I have done for myself. But like everything else, all people are different and the results might not be as you expected them to be no matter who you use. Get different consults and determine which doctor is best for you. Good luck! Mary

Dee, you never know , my insurance paid for my tummy tuck , it did take several months to get it approved but the main thing with my insurance is I had to prove a medical need, ie, rash from the skin over lapping, now I am working on figuring out what medical condition the man boobs, bat wings & sagging thighs cause lol  good luck ! Dr Anttontte, the same Surgen that did my RNY, he said he could do a Basic Tummy Tuck , but for any other PS he would refer me,I was a little hesitant but after doiing some research & asking some point blank questions, I went with him. My advise is start filing with the insurance a few months before because they are ALWAYS going to balk the 1st few times and/or require this or that . They told me I had to wait at least 18 months but ended up approving it in 15 months lol  good luck Allen

I highly recomend my surgeon, Dr Thomas McFadden in Greenville. You can google him his practice is called Advance Cosmetic Surgery. I had 3 consults b4 I picked him, he is the bomb in my opinion. You can see my ps pics on my profile, WARNING NUDITY.
Good Luck, do your research, look at the Dr's b4 and after pics and his credits. It's a big decision, know what you are going through!
