I'm going to start the 5 day back on track thing that Jen was asking about Monday. If some of us do it together it will be a lot easier. I find myself slipping more and more, snacking, eating carbs, all of those bad habits.
So PLEASE try it with me if you find yourself slipping too. We've got bathing suits to get ready for!!!!!

Mary!! Its go good to hear from you, I was thinking about you earlier...I AM GOING NUTS!!! Started the day with 6 oz of milk Than had my wheybolic protein shake, later had another glass of milk, also had some chicken broth and TONS of water. I did have a hard boiled egg, just to keep my sanity. How are you doing?? What have you had today that works for you? Talk about CARB WITHDRAWALS..and I am THE PROTEIN QUEEN LOL, UGHHHH! ~Melissa
