I don't know if this is totally kosher, but my wife makes a breakfast "scramble" that consists of scrambled eggs, mixed with fresh tomatoes and cheese. She mixes it all up togeather and I love it. I know the eggs and tomatoes are OK, but you might have to cut back a little on the cheese. I hope this helps a little.
Also, what do you do with people like me who don't eat eggs, grits, cottage cheese, beans, etc? I'm already expecting to work with some of the breakfast smoothies that use EggBeaters, but I would have to use a lot of fruit to cover the eggs. Some people wonder if I'm even a Southerner cause I don't eat grits and eggs, but their nasty. What else can I eat that won't hurt?
I eat yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese& fruit for breakfast. I work at night sometimes I have regular food not just "breakfast" items. I have eaten wheat thins and cream cheese with a little fruit. I have drank a protein shake. So there's alot of possibilities. Just look on your food list from your nutritionist. I'm sure you can come up with something. Just remember Protein first. Sometimes I do eat certain thing alot and I try to switch it up. I eat what don't upset my tummy. It's trial and error sometimes. Sometimes I can eat chicken and sometimes I can't. Everyone is different. Good luck. Teresa M.
Lunch try some Lean Deli meat and the stringed cheese you can buy low fat. Usually would eat like 2 slices of meat (thin) and a cheese string.. but youre early out so probably half of cheese and 1 slice would do it! or I would lose a TON of weight eating tuna with mustard.. I lived off of this, and really melted the lbs off when I would eat it regularly. I swear by it! LOL Although I HATE tuna! I drowned it with mustard lol and would even take one saltine cracker, and stack it high with tuna, and take small bites.. that way i got some crunch in there too.
